It is fiction

Accra We Dey is a work of fiction set in a fictionalised Accra. People, businesses, police, anti-graft bodies, utilities, networks and banks in the game are invented. Any resemblance to real ones is coincidence unless a real partner is clearly labelled “Official Partner”.

Places and culture

Real neighbourhoods are used as setting. We are working with Ghanaian cultural advisors and native speakers on how people, customs, faiths and languages are shown, and we will correct what we get wrong. Tell us if we have.

Scam scenarios in the game are for education and use fictional networks and in-game currency. They are not instructions.
