What we collect
Your email, a hashed password (Argon2id), your year of birth (we ask for a full date to check you are 18 and keep only the year), your handle and character, your in-game activity and ledger, and payment references for Sika bundles. For mobile money we keep the network and the last four digits of your number, not the full number.
Why
To run your account and the game, to keep the economy fair, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law.
Device signals
To stop abuse such as multi-accounting and real-money trading we use device and network signals. They are used only for abuse prevention and are not sold or used for advertising.
Cookies and storage
We set one strictly-necessary, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in, and store your graphics preferences in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete your account. We are preparing registration with the Data Protection Commission.
Retention
Ledger entries are kept so the books always balance; if you delete your account they are anonymised, not removed.
